you purchase any product from us.
All purchases are conducted within a secure server

Prices are in New Zealand dollars and processed in
New Zealand dollars, and include GST. You may convert
the price to your currency by using the XE
We accept Bank Transfer and Visa and MasterCard.
Bank transfer: This option is available on the
shopping cart and we will email you our bank account
details on completion of your order. Please use the
order Shopper's ID and Surname as the reference.
Credit cards: Payment is made using PayMate
Express. Since 2001 PayMate Express has been used by
sellers in 37 countries for safe trading online for
payments using Visa and MasterCard. Now recommended
by Trade Me. The card details you enter are safe because
it is not stored or cached by us, but entered directly
into PayMate's system. You will receive an instant confirmation
of transaction approval or decline.
Orders will incur a postage and handling fee as follows:
- New Zealand - $5.00
- Australia - $8.00
- Rest of World - $30.00
Full Refund: Within 30 days of delivery, you may return
any item you purchase in new condition with original
packaging and accessories (resaleable condition) for
a full refund.
We'll also pay the return shipping cost if the return
is a result of our error. We'll notify you via e-mail
of your refund once we've received and processed the
returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form
of payment originally used for purchase within 10 to
14 business days of our receiving your return.
Should you discover any defects in your product, please
contact us via of our contact link, to help us arrange
a replacement on receipt of the item.
Please ensure that your shipping address details are
correct. We will not deliver to a Post Office Box or
any address in which we deem suspicious.
We ship all our goods free of charge using NOW couriers
and Post Haste for New Zealand deliveries or NZ Post
International Service for overseas deliveries.
Should you feel that your goods do not arrive in good
condition, please feel free to contact us using our
contact form. We are not responsible for loss or damage
to goods that are delivered to an incorrect address.
Any personal information that is provided by the user
of this website is retained by us for the purposes of
contact and shipping only and will NOT be distributed
to third parties.
